Dr. Hartke at West Essex Psychological Associates, LLC is an out-of network provider. He does contract directly with insurance companies, but many people find that his services are covered through their out-of-network benefits.
Full payment is made to West Essex Psychological Associates, LLC at the time of service. Clients are provided with a statement that can be submitted to insurance providers for reimbursement.
It is recommend that you contact your insurance company prior to your initial appointment with Dr. Hartke, so that you are aware of your coverage.
Cancelation Policy
In order to ensure the ability to provide timely appointments, Dr. Hartke at West Essex Psychological Associates, LLC has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations that are provided 24-hours prior to the appointment time will not be charged. In the event that a client does not provide notice or cancels with less than 24-hours notice, the full fee will be charged. Health insurance companies do not cover payments for missed appointments; therefore, you will not be reimbursed by them for a missed appointment.
